This website was first created in the month of April in the year of 2009. It had since, for almost four months, went into construction to improve and re-design it, a process that it still going on today. It finally has made it's way onto the world wide web in the beginning of July 2009. It's creation was because of the lack of sites dedicated to this actor which, as a fan, still confuses me. If Johnny Depp can have around 400 fangirl websites dedicated to him, and C- list actors like Breckin Meyer can have professional made websites to him (Not to be insulting) why can't Dustin Hoffman have one?

Personal Promise
So, to tell a short story, the other day I was looking up pictures of Daniel Day-Lewis (This IS going somewhere, so just hang on) and figured there would be a load of good ones at a website of his. I knew there was one since just a few months ago I had seen one. So I google it up and go to one website where I guess is the most popular one. I was extremely sad to see that the creator of the website closed the website, stating that he (Or she) no longer had the time to make it and no longer had the passion as well. In a way, I was somewhat insulted that someone just packed up their website and closed everything down. I really don't care much for updates, but to just shut down a whole website is something I couldn't grasp. I felt extremely sorry for Daniel Day-Lewis (Like he really cares) and his fans. It's then I realized that this site isn't for Dustin Hoffman. In a way it is, since without him there wouldn't be one, but this is mainly for you. I don't think Dustin Hoffman would go to his own website just to look up pictures of himself or find icons. I believe his fans do, so this is a tribute website for him AND his fans. I've thought to never shut down this website unless I really have to because I wish to fill your Dustin Hoffman needs. So if I ever have a note like that in my website, you should email me and tell me to re-read this, because I don't want you guys to lose this just because I don't have the time to do stuff. It's a personal promise I intend to keep, and hopefully I won't lose my passion for making this as that Daniel Day-Lewis creator did. And if I ever do, I'll find a way to make it work.
